Muun hoidon ohessa myös ihon rasvaaminen on jäänyt vähiin. Tein tilanteen paikkaamiseksi satsin Marien kauravoidetta, omalla twistilläni tietenkin. Kaura kun on teemana, piti kaurasilkkiäkin lisätä sekaan.
Kauravoide - Oat Cream
146 g kaurahauduke / oat infusion
4 g glyseriiniä / glycerin
22 g oliiviöljyä / olive oil
14 g kaakaovoita / cocoa butter
7 g emulgointijauhetta / emulsifying powder
4 g setyylialkoholia / cetyl alcohol
3 g setearyylialkoholi / cetearyl alcohol
2 g säilöntäaine / preservative
kaurasilkkiä / oat silk
Panthenol
kauraproteiinia / oat protein
kollageenia / collagen powder
E-vitamiinia /vitamin E
sitruunaruoho eö / lemon grass eo
I haven't been taking good care of myself lately, so I haven't been using enough lotions and creams either. To patch up the situation I made a batch of Marie's oat cream, with my own twist, of course. Because oat is the theme, I was almost forced to add some oat silk here too.
